Consultation Services

 

This service is for those that may not have enough to hold a full Estate Sale and need help with pricing their items. You may have sold your home and the new owners would like to buy some or all of your personal items. We can assist with giving an "appraised value" for the overall value of the contents. This can also a great service for those that are downsizing, but want to stay in their home and have a large garage sale. Using this service can be a cost effective way to have a professional assist with an area that you may not be comfortable with. We do charge an hourly fee of $75 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Trip fees may apply for appointments over 20 miles from Roseville, CA. If you are using the Full-Service Estate Sale, we will waive the consultation fees.
